Job Title: Race Operations Manager, Fit2Time

Responsibilities:

· Assist in creating essential training manuals (ChronoTrack, Race Roster, Operations, etc.)

· Demonstrate proficiency in all 3 core Fit2Time fields (Timing, Course Ops, Reg)

· Order supplies for races as needed.

· Completing all tasks as assigned through Monday project management

· Create course maps for new races (traffic control, mile markers, police/volunteers)

· Accurately measure all races contracting course setup/teardown

· Coordinate independent contractors for Type A races (lighting, sanitation, police, etc.)

· Ensure proper use and maintenance of Fit2Time vehicle fleet

· Obtain license as a USATF certifier

· Get all necessary permitting approval (city, county, police) for Type A races

· Lead setup/takedown of all contracted race courses

· Time/Manage small (< 500 participant) Type C/D races

· Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills

· Extremely detail oriented, proactive and organized with a focus on driving efficiency

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends supporting events

· 1 year+ of event, project, or operations management

· Self-starter, ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial growth-focused environment

· BA in related field a plus

Pay: $35,100.98 - $42,000.00 per year
