Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and talk to customers.
• Knowledge of local businesses.
• Answer general customer inquiries.
• Greet customers and visitors warmly.
• Handle the flow of visitors, and deliveries.
• Knowledge of office procedures and protocols.
• Copy documents for the production department.
• Input invoices.
• Schedule appointments based on location and size of jobs.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
