Receptionist - Bookeeper Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phone and assisting customers with their needs in a proffesional manner
• Relaying customer requests to the manager or party responsible for task
• Correctly inputting customer information into system
• Reconciling books using Quickbooks
• Collecting payments over the phone and in person
• Making daily deposits, run regular misc. errands needed
• Creating and producing invoices daily and sending them via mail, email, or text
• Managing and maintaining webstite
• Maintaining and scheduling required company licenses
• Onboarding new employees
• Running payroll on a weekly basis
• Being punctual and organized on a daily basis
• Accounts payable and recievable
