Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs, and qualify them for job opportunities
• Source candidates through databases and social / recruiting media
• Maintains and attracts potential customers by handling inbound sales and customer communication (emails, calls, click-to-chat) relating to service status or challenges, concerns, issues within the network.
• Screen candidates
• Review healthcare professional resumes and complete candidate profiles
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

Recruiter Qualifications:

Recruiter Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service or recruiting experience

Recruiter Hours and Pay:
Monday - Friday
7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Hourly Pay: $20.00

Commissionable positions are available through promotion within the company.
