Position:

Regional Sales Manager – entry level and/or mid-level:

The Regional Sales Manager will work in concert with the Inside Sales organization in creating value for our customer as well as developing organic growth. Some of the expectations in dealing with customers range from quoting, order entry to daily communication with our internal and external customers. There will also be “hands-on”, interactive training that involves plant experiences to better understand the processes of metal forming, applications of various grades of steel, and the technical nature of specific applications/products. Training will be completed in the Youngstown, Ohio facility. Excellent communication skills, along with good math and multi-tasking abilities are required. Good problem-solving skills are critical. Excel, word, outlook experience required, along with strong computer skills.

Degree Requirements - Two- or four-year degree is preferred, but not required.

Field of Study and Major is not a prerequisite

-Previous experience in outside sales is preferred, especially in the manufacturing or steel industry.

Compensation – Competitive level base salary commensurate with experience. Upon successful completion of the training program, the base salary will be increased if the next sequence is into an outside sales territory. Once in an outside sales territory, the candidate will be eligible to participate in a quarterly sales commission program derived from revenue generation and year over year growth.'
