Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods. 1st Shift (6:30AM 3:00PM, M - F).

Organizes, develops and conducts service plan reviews, as required by state codes, with appropriate resident care team members and resident families.

Necessary qualifications include strong tech skills (including proficiency with computers and mobile devices, able to troubleshoot household technology, etc.),

Candidate must have experience working in the front and the back office i.e. appointment scheduling, check in/check-out, patient triage, immunizations, etc.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Empowering to own the client journey and the customer experience is key for our team.
