Responds to calls and visitors as a representative of the CEO and the agency, providing an appropriate response to the situation. Handles all calls to the CEO.

Answer incoming calls from consumers to assist with general/basic questions related to our products. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions

Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.). Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications.
