Broadband Hospitality, a leading hospitality interactive application development and technology services provider, has an immediate opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator. This is a hybrid position with 1 day in the Youngstown office, the rest of the time will be in a remote environment.

Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for all Marketing and advertising narratives and materials, both electronic and printed for the company. You will be responsible for managing the selection and execution of marketing budget items, from advertising to marketing administration tools to tradeshows/events. You will also be responsible for our Marketing co-op administration. This includes submission of pre-event and post-event reimbursement. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will also assist our Team with keeping company User Guides updated. The candidate must have a strong background in Marketing and a minimum of 4 years of working experience.

Responsibilities:

· E-Mail blasts creation, distribution, and analysis (Constant Contact)

· Press announcements

· Social media posts, blog posts

· Web-site content curation/administration

· Sell sheets, printed materials

· Trade show booth materials

· Responsible for all co-op funding & claims for our Vendors and Tradeshows

· Ensures that all necessary billing and information is obtained and submitted with timeliness and accuracy

· Work with Sr. VP of Sales to develop co-op opportunities and manage co-op budget

· Organizing and programming equipment orders as needed for our Clients

· Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

· Travel to 3 to 4 tradeshows yearly

Skills Required:

· Minimum 3 years professional work experience

· High level of self-motivation

· Keen attention to detail

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

· Ability to thrive in a culture of growth, change, and continuous learning

· Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday

· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Prior experience with ConnectWise a plus, but not required
