Carry out any reasonable request for services made by security operations manager or property/resident managers. Must be able to stand and walk without difficulty, climb stairs and lift a minimum of 35 lbs. Be a visible presence at assigned location to help protect against, deter, and report damage/theft, and secure areas of potential liability (pool, gate and door lockups, etc.) and observe and identify potential security risk and safety hazard. Professional clean appearance. Spirit of Aloha. Experience preferred; however, not required. Will train the right person. State-certified preferred; however, we will assist right individual to obtain state certification. We are seeking men and women; must be 18 yrs. old, preferably over the age of 21. High school graduate or equivalent. First Aid, CPR/AED certified preferred; however, not needed (we'll provide certification and training for right individual). We have full-time and part-time available; consistent scheduling; starting pay $18.50/hr. ($19.00/hr. after 60 days), medical, and regular performance evaluation bonuses, paid training. Hiring for Kihei/Wailea and Lahaina. Must live on Maui.
