He or she will coordinate and execute lead generation activities including client visits, presentations, calls, and emails.

Ensures guest rooms, public areas and laundry are cleaned to specific standards and that rooms are ready for occupancy on a timely basis.

Experience in customer service field. The customer service associate will also be responsible for using a cash register to complete customer transactions.

If the candidate has a Real Estate license, some assistance with licensing fees will be provided. Real Estate license is a plus.

A four year degree and five years of industrial sales, electric product sales or utility sales is required. 50% domestic travel is required.
