Develop analysis models and calculations based upon proposed design intent, field notes and research findings. Experienced in AUTOCAD and/or REVIT is a plus.

Review monthly partner distributions (and capital calls when necessary). Assist with dispositions, acquisitions, and any other transactions (e.g., refinancing).
