POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for performing full cycle recruiting support of positions within the ND and WY regions. This role is critical to sourcing and identifying talents to help continue the growth of our artificial lift business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with hiring managers and local HR personnel to determine vacancies and job requirements and qualifications.
  • Identify and source both passive and active candidates through internal and external channels.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Partner with local HR to complete the on-boarding process.
  • Identify trends and make recommendations on staying ahead of the competition in the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Create strategies for pipelines of qualified candidates for positions that are commonly needed.
  • Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the business functions to understand business needs to enable development of strong candidate pools.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by location/department.
  • Consistently meet the designed performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years relevant work experience in Oil and Gas industry
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as Human Resources Assistant or Coordinator
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel at least 25%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
