Wage Range: $17.27 to $17.77 per hour/DOE
Hiring Bonus: $500 ($250 for hire, paid out on first pay period. $250 at completion of 90 days with performance that is meeting standards. Paid out on first pay period after 90 days.)
We seek Team Members who:

• Are genuine, have a positive attitude and are helpful
• Love to learn
• Are team players who celebrate their own and other’s success
• Are able to thrive in a retail environment
• Can connect with and engage guests in thoughtful conversations and make recommendations that meet their needs and the needs of their pet
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Learn and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, rotating and facing of product, cycle counts
• Participate in merchandising, work on creative display of products
• Attend store and company meetings (some meetings may be before or after hours)
• Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely
• Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic math

Requirements: Required Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Highly accountable and has integrity
• Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends
• Desire to build a career with us!
