As our valued CSR, your job is critical to the hospital team. Customer service and client interaction is a #1 Priority! We are seeking highly qualified, positive, motivated, compassionate and proactive individuals.

CSR/Receptionist Duties:

* Providing First Class customer service

* Scheduling appointments and answering clients questions/concerns

* Educating clients on vaccines and pet care

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to effectively listen and assist clients with positive outcomes

* Invoicing and checking in/out clients

* Maintaining medical records

* Scanning, copying, faxing and other office duties as necessary

CSR/Receptionist Skills:

* Providing First Class customer service

* Avimark system a plus but not required

* Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment

* Friendly, compassionate, outgoing and professional in appearance, speaking and writing

* Able to work under pressure and high levels of stress

* Attention to detail

* Strong problem solving skills
