You will communicate directly with agents and provide customer support. Assists agents with problems or questions. Monitors risks for continued acceptability.

You will process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash disbursements, and cash receipts using QuickBooks or other accounting software packages.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in social work or a related field and possess a valid social worker license

Process claims, credit memos, returns. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required. Manage tax exemption forms/resale certificates.

Answering and routing phone calls. Providing clean bedding, water and litter pans for pets. Assisting in the taking of x-rays.
