We are seeking customer-driven Communications Center Agents to join our amazing team in a fun work environment. The Communications Center is expanding rapidly and as we add additional staff, we are maintaining a heavy focus on employee development and advancement.

Schedule: Our Communications Center is open Monday-Sunday 7am – 7pm CST

  • Shifts are 8 hours, Monday – Friday | Some Weekends & Holidays

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Compensation: Starting $17/hour - increases with tenure.

A Day in the Life

  • Assist customers using multiple communication methods but, primarily over the phone
  • Following up on many customer-related items (e.g. balance discrepancies, maintenance updates, sales & customer inquiries, introductory calls, etc.)
  • Maintaining customer database by collecting and verifying tenant information
  • Process disputes for customers
  • Assist with problem resolution, recording and escalating issues
  • Collaborating with all departments for property and tenant related situations when applicable
  • Going above and beyond to provide customers with a 5-star KO experience
  • Utilizing resources to achieve weekly performance goals
  • Adhering to KO policies and procedures
Requirements:

Who You Are

  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Solid computer and internet searching skills
  • Superior customer service
  • Ability to maintain composure and convey a positive attitude while interacting with customers and team
  • Good attendance and punctual
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to interact and communicate with internal and external professionals
  • Consistently meets quality assurance and other performance requirements
  • Possess the ability to adapt and solve problems within a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, reliable, and self-accountable
  • High level of attention to detail

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to hear phone calls and speak to customers over the phone
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
