Locally owned packaging distributor has full time opening for a quality Customer Service Representative. You will be a valued member of our team and an integral part of our ongoing success. You will work with an assigned group of salesmen and customer accounts to process orders, answer customer questions, and resolve order issues. Most customers place orders on a regular basis. You will get to know customers and vendors and build a rappor with them.

• Enter customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to ensure orders, issues and questions are handled correctly.
• Investigate and solve order issues that may arise.
• Be proactive rather than reactive.
• Professional communication by phone and email is a must.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

This is a full time, first shift position. No nights or weekends. We are a small office with a family first company culture. We give 100% to our job, but we know that real life happens outside of work. We hope to hear from you soon!
