Assume primary responsibility for answering the practice phone and routing calls appropriately. Greet all visitors to the practice; greet clients and patients

Take inbound, pre-screened leads and help guide families from initial consultation, to touring of facilities, and ultimately moving into a senior living

Oversee all bank transactions: deposits, transfers between accounts, wire transfers. Reconcile and replenish petty cash on a quarterly basis (at minimum).

Active Unrestricted WA license LMHC LMFT or LICSW. Masters-level degree or higher in a mental health-related field. Gottman Method Level One and Two Trained.

Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending
