Part Time Bookkeeper Needed

You are proficient with QuickBooks, detail oriented and have solid customer service skills. We need someone who can take direction and can also think on their own.

Looking for someone to work form our office (East Boca Raton, Near 95)

Monday / Wednesday / Friday

Estimated hours: 9:00 – 5:00

Key Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

· Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
· Billing experience
· Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
· Processing accounts receivable and payable.
· Processing checks.
· Working with an accountant when necessary.
· Run individual job profitability analysis

Bookkeeper Requirements:

· Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.
· Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Outlook and Excel
· Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
· At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Able to prepare, review and understand a financial statement.
