Dutchland is seeking an Accountant to join the collaborative team. This hands-on accounting position will be responsible to successfully perform daily accounting functions such as analyzing and reconciling general ledger accounts, conducting bank reconciliation, facilitating monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and producing financial statements/reports and being a lead participant in the annual budgeting process. The ability to learn, utilize and bring efficiencies through the ERP software, and provide exceptional support to the ERP software end users, is essential to the role. The ideal Accountant will combine a passion for accuracy/data integrity with an ability to naturally build relationship with team members.

Accountant position qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting related position, required
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, essential
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, required; ERP software experience, a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential
• Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
