The project manager will oversee and manage electronic security system (ESS) and mass notification system (MNS) projects. The overall responsibilities include managing a complete project lifecycle from contract award, execution, budgeting, project closeout and ensuring all required deliverables have been accomplished. Directs internal and subcontractor staff and performs day-to-day management, planning, and overall contract support operations.

Specifically, this position requires broad knowledge of systems installation requirements, which includes: installation of conduit and cabling, system equipment enclosures, device mounting and placement, electrical power requirements, NEC and NFPA (general knowledge), BICSI (general knowledge), as well as producing and submitting required documentation related to the projects. This is a customer facing position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, as well as being able to interact with and provide direction to field personnel.

This position may require up to 30% travel to conduct site surveys, installation kickoffs, site supervision, oversight of system testing & completion, and customer acceptance testing as part of the project completion. The preferred candidate will be well versed with computer applications to include MS Suite, MS Project, Adobe, Visio and open to learning new platforms in use by the company.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
