A minimum of 1 year related experience is required and 5 years Increasingly responsible experience which demonstrates professional working knowledge of nursing

BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is preferred. Lead and develop Plant Leaders to meet specifications and deadlines. Lean/Six Sigma: 1 year.

Valid drivers license insurable with company's insurers is required. Two years experience in the landscaping field preferred.

Property & Casualty License (agency will provide materials and cover licensing costs). Return all phone messages promptly.

Unarmed TN security guard license (Required). Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
