• You will receive paid training as a server, including a complete on-the-job training to learn and become confident in the skills necessary to provide exceptional dining service for residents.
• Daily, a server supports one or more meal times, serving breakfast, lunch, and or dinner depending on the community’s scheduled dining options.
• Servers have the opportunity participate in special events, work in multiple dining venues, and earn holiday pay for all major holidays worked.
