- Responding to inbound service calls and email leads;
- Contacting and communicating with guests to identify their
- Responsible for tracking, responding to, and managing all Internet
- Monitors incoming email traffic and internet inquiries;
- Develops guest prospecting file upon receipt of a lead;
- Quotes pricing and automobile availability to guests within
- Schedules service appointments and pairs guests with Service Advisors if necessary;
- Maintain and update notes and information in the customer database;
- Keep abreast of new features and available accessories, and
- Direct guests to product information resources;
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores, gross averages and
- Develop career skills through regular training and instructions;
- Research available vehicles and relevant products;
- Learn, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws;
- Some light clerical/scanning work;
- Reports to Service Manager;
- Other duties as assigned by management;
- $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Service Appointment Coordinator experience is preferred;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM;
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication
- Possess outgoing personality;
- Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
- A clean criminal background and a valid and active driver’s license;
- Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements;
- Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work on Saturday and Sunday;
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and E-Verify.
