Core Purpose of the Job:

• The Systems Administrator job role centers around L1 & L2 phone and onsite support, mentoring other employees and helping manage the team
• This position is highly Client-focused. The ideal candidate must have excellent phone presence, as well as a professional demeanor. This person must show timely communication and organization, both internally and externally.

This position will be focused on:

• Thorough time entry, substantiating work performed
• Willingness to help others learn
• Thorough ticket review and response
• Working within their assigned team to meet and exceed Client expectations
• Resolving tickets and solving problems
• Aiding their assigned team with maintaining documentation

Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Motivated self-starters with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Able to balance multiple projects in an organized fashion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
