The Bartender is responsible for the setup, maintenance, operation and closing of the bar.

Bartenders take drink orders from guests and servers, and are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcohol drinks in accordance with standardized recipes.

Bartenders are required to mix ingredients for cocktails, serve wine and beer, take food orders from guests, ring food and drink orders in the POS system, collect payments and make change.

Additionally, Bartenders will wash glassware, prepare drink garnishes and follow established procedures to prevent over service or serving minors.
